DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE

This notice has been prepared by Flamingo Otelcilik TAŞ. TUR. GIDA. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. as the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to fulfill our obligation to inform the data subjects whose personal data is being processed.

Within the framework explained below, our company may record, store, update, disclose to third parties in cases permitted by legislation, transfer, classify, and process your personal data in the ways stated in the KVKK.

The purposes and legal bases for processing personal data: Your personal data is processed for the purpose of identifying the identity, address, and other necessary information of the data subject in order to fulfill our company's obligations under the provisions of the 4857 Labor Law, 5510 Social Security and General Health Insurance Law, 5411 Banking Law, 4358 Law on the Widespread Use of Tax Identification Number, 5549 Law on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, 6102 Turkish Commercial Code, and related regulations and other laws concerning our company's activities; performing transactions in electronic or paper format; complying with information storage, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by relevant legislation and other authorized authorities; providing requested services and fulfilling the establishment and performance of contracts in which we are a party.

With your consent, personal data may also be processed and used by our company for the purpose of planning and implementing business activities, developing products, service models, and working methods, conducting risk analysis, customer relationship management, performance monitoring and analysis studies, statistical research, and satisfaction surveys, beyond the purpose of providing personal data to our company within the scope of applicable legislation.

For the security practices in the workplace and the legitimate interests of our company, your images may be recorded by cameras in our headquarters administrative building, loading and unloading areas, and premises.

Persons/organizations to whom personal data may be transferred for the above-mentioned purposes: Persons or organizations permitted by the provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Data; including but not limited to public legal entities such as the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Turkey, the Revenue Administration, and the Social Security Institution (SGK); Domestic third parties directly/indirectly related to our company.

Methods and legal basis for the collection of personal data: Your personal data is collected by our company through various methods, either fully or partially automated or as part of any data recording system, through all contracts/information forms, and other documents prepared in accordance with relevant legislation, with your consent and/or signature, notifications made by electronic consent and/or signature, oral, written, or electronic means via Hotel telephone lines, fax, email, and website channels, in order to fully fulfill our legal and contractual obligations.

Your rights as a customer/data subject under Article 11 of the KVKK: By applying to our company, you have the right to: a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed, b) Request information if your personal data has been processed, c) Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in line with its purpose, d) Be informed about the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or internationally, e) Request the correction of incomplete/wrongly processed personal data, f) Request the deletion/destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, g) Be informed about the operations carried out as a result of the requests stated in (d) and (e) above, that have been notified to third parties, h) Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data solely through automated systems, i) Demand compensation for damages in case of any harm suffered due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
